Fagor Ederlan has reached a strategic agreement with the Chinese company Chuzhou Duoli Automotive Technology (Duoli Technology) to establish a joint venture in the Asian country and to strength its presence in China. This operation marks the entry of Duoli Technology into the shareholding structure of Fagor Ederlan Kunshan (China).
The goal of this alliance is to develop and expand the new company. This strategic alliance will allow Fagor Ederlan to continue strengthening its international presence in China, to access new local customers in the Asian market, and to consolidate its Kunshan plant as a key production enter for the region. Additionally, this agreement will help improve the competitiveness and enhance the quality of service provided to its customers in the future.
The agreement was formalized on June 13 during a ceremony held in Kunshan, where representatives from Duoli Technology and Fagor Ederlan attended the meeting. With this initiative, Fagor Ederlan takes another step in the internationalization strategy, and continues reaffirming its commitment to innovation and sustainability.
