Operation
- The REQUEST is done via telephone/email, establishing in the moment the characteristics of the service (pick up point, destination, timing…).
- The LANGUAGE will be defined at the time of the service request.
- In order to minimize costs, there is an option to share the vehicle when traveling.
- Billing ‘’ad hoc’’ according to specific needs (for sections, individuals, for projects).
Organization
- At the time of AWARDING THE SERVICE, an SMS is sent to the client communicating the name of the driver and their phone number as well as confirming the pick up time.
- If the trip takes place between 9m and 6 p.m. The SMS is received approximately half an hour before the service.
- If the trip is done outside working hours (9 am-6 pm) or on a holiday, the message will be received the day before, no later than 8 p.m.
