For what purposes do we process your personal data?

Your data will be processed for the following purposes:

– To manage the temporary employment exchange to fill vacant positions in the
Fagor Group member cooperatives (Fagor Industrial, S. Coop., Copreci, S. Coop.
Coop, Fagor Electrónica, S. Coop, Fagor Ederlan, S. Coop, Fagor Arrasate, S. Coop, Fagor Automation, S. Coop., Mondragon Assembly, S. Coop., Galbaian, S. Coop.)

– To receive and evaluate curricula vitae in order to send those of interest to the cooperatives of the Fagor Group (Fagor Industrial, S. Coop., Copreci, S. Coop., Fagor Electrónica, S. Coop., Electrónica, S. Coop, Fagor Ederlan, S. Coop, Fagor Arrasate, S. Coop, Fagor Automation, S. Coop., Mondragon Assembly, S. Coop., Galbaian, S. Coop.) to provide jobs suited to the candidate’s profile.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

The legitimacy for the processing of personal data in relation to the job bank and the selection process is the consent, in accordance with Article 6.1.a) of the European General Data Protection Regulation.

The legitimacy for the processing of personal data in relation to the management of communications and general inquiries is the legitimate interest, in accordance with Article 6.1.f) of the European General Data Protection Regulation.

Are there any international data transfers?

No international transfers of your personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area are foreseen.

How long do we keep your personal data?

The data related to the temporary employment exchange will be kept for a period of two years, allowing you to update or delete your data after these two years have elapsed and during the periods of prescription of the possible responsibilities that could be derived from the above mentioned purposes and the processing of the data.

Personal data relating to selection processes will be deleted once they have been communicated to the partner cooperative, which will keep it until the end of the selection process.

Personal data relating to the management of and response to general queries will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the request and for a period of one year, after which it will be deleted.

What are your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether FAGOR processes personal data concerning them.

The persons concerned have the right to access their personal data, as well as the right to
request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when,
among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

In those cases in which the processing is based on obtaining the consent of the person, he/she may request its revocation, revocation that will not affect the processing carried out carried out prior to such a request.

In certain circumstances, the persons concerned may request the limitation of the
processing of their data, in which case it will only be kept by FAGOR for the exercise or defence of claims.
