Las empresas PYME que tengan intenci\u00f3n de registrar marcas o dise\u00f1os industriales en la Uni\u00f3n Europea e Internacionales, as\u00ed como solicitar patentes nacionales de la Uni\u00f3n Europea o patentes Europeas durante el 2026, podr\u00e1n solicitar el reembolso de parte de las tasas y de los costes de redacci\u00f3n y presentaci\u00f3n. La convocatoria de la ayuda <em>SME Fund<\/em> se abrir\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 2 de febrero.<\/p>\n<p>Cada PYME podr\u00e1 optar a un reembolso m\u00e1ximo de 700 euros para marcas y dise\u00f1os y, 2.500 euros, para patentes. En marcas y dise\u00f1os, se reembolsa el 75% de las tasas de la solicitud y publicaci\u00f3n en la Uni\u00f3n Europea y, fuera de ella, el 50% de las tasas de solicitud y publicaci\u00f3n v\u00eda OMPI (solo en dise\u00f1os). Por otro lado, en cuanto a las patentes nacionales en la UE, se reembolsa el 75% de las tasas de solicitud, b\u00fasqueda, publicaci\u00f3n, examen y concesi\u00f3n, y el 75% del coste de las b\u00fasquedas del estado de la t\u00e9cnica.
